Bio: An effective cold blooded killer using any type of weapon. He'll begrudgingly take orders from Commander Bad but would prefer to kill as many Goods as quickly and quietly as possible. He has almost super strength for a man of such an advanced age.
Special Abilities: He can kill with a one-handed strangle. Expert in spying, strangling, slicing, and disembodiment. Super strength.
