Bio: The son of the now deceased original Commander Bad is not a mindless killer but like any member of Team Bad, he'll kill at the drop of the hat anyone who gets in the way. He is the highest ranking Bad and has the power to give commands to other Bads that in most cases are followed.
Special Abilities: He can kill with a punch to the gut. Gives Commands to other Bads.
