Name: Timothy Kimbrall
Bio: Wrongly accused, Wanted By FBI, is on the run from the authorities. He'll do what he needs to stay free, but he is hardly a cold blooded killer. At this point however, things have gotten to the point where killing those who get in his way is something he'll do if he has to.
Special Abilities: Has a gun but it is out of bullets. Although not formally a member of Team Bad, he has the ability to kill goods with impunity.
