Bio: Escaped from a local insane asylum, the Rackler is a pure wanton killer and psychopath with absolutely no loyalty to anyone or anything other than his own insanity. It is believed that he lost his entire family in a car accident and now after years in the asylum having escaped is just looking to inflict as much pain and misery on others as possible.
Special Abilities: There is no limit to his insanity, he has been known to team up with Bads only then to kill them later whilst laughing his disturbing Rackler laugh.
